I have bought the tickets with 30 days watch on demand because I am in different time zone. But I am having issues watching any video.
The link takes me to browse. When I click on a video it asks me to subscribe. When I try it says" you are already subscribed" and take me back to the browse site. Ans start all over again.
Hi Amanda - I can confirm you are subscribed. It sounds like a browser cache issue that might be resolved by logging out and logging back in again. I'll raise a ticket with Vimeo support on your behalf, and they should be in touch to resolve this for you.
That is exactly the same that happens for me
I logged out and in few times today.
But now it seems like it is working.
It keeps me in the loop again.

We've reviewed everything this side and tested several videos with an identical user account and they seem to be working. Please can you confirm if this issue still persists?
We've reviewed and made some adjustments, and as far as I can tell there ought to be no problem now with accessing any of the videos. If you still have any issues please reply to this thread and I'll continue working on it. If I don't hear anything, I'll assume this is now resolved and you can access the videos now. My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
